US Land Records Search Process

By Name
Entering surname and given name or corporation name will list all documents recorded under that name. To narrow the search, fields are available to select other criteria such as grantor/grantee, the type of document, and a date range.

Book/Liber & Page
If known, the volume/book/liber or book/liber and page number entered will list all documents assigned to the selected area. Greater isolated searches can be attained by combining all the above fields and also utilizing a date range.

Document/Instrument Number
Entering the document/instrument number only will list all documents with that number regardless of application type or date. For a better-defined search, options for year and document type are available.
