Cash Management Module
Our Cash Management module allows for fast, accurate cashiering, numbering and recording of licenses, fines, taxes and other instrument types. Custom tables simplify entry of frequently-used information. Entered data is preserved in a common database and shared with other system modules, eliminating re-keyboarding. Cash module automatically calculates taxes and can generate specialized reports. The Cash module handles cash, check, escrow/charge account and credit card payments. Document stamping and validation, compliant with state/local requirements, can be performed at the Cash station or later in the input process. Customized reporting generates receipts, copies, or reports based on any given date range, producing a comprehensive audit trail.
Imaging Module
Documents can be imaged at any point in your workflow model – before, during or after indexing. Images are easily accessed by public searchers using minimal search criteria. Document images can be printed at debit card reader stations or from any system workstation.
Courts Indexing Module
User-defined tables speed data entry – common types of courts, cases, actions, sealed, status, indictment, judge, and attorney names can be inserted easily. Court Docketing System assigns next available index number at front counter and allows operator to collect associated money. Operator can enter index information later, or directly at the front counter.
Judgements Indexing Module
Transcript/certificate requests, changes and tracking options streamline daily functions. Satisfactions may be done in full or partial with detail. User can key and print a full record – no more handwritten docket books.User-defined tables speed data entry.

Land Records Indexing Module
The Land Records module supports rapid filing, indexing, storage, and retrieval of land records and various other types of documents including, but not limited to Vital Statistics, Notary Publics, and Military Discharges. Custom tables simplify entry of frequently-used corporation and common names. Enhanced reporting allows customized selection of specific input data.
UCC Indexing Module
The UCC module is designed to manage and simplify the initial filing, renewal, continuation, amending, termination, and expiration of UCCs. It allows direct references and indexing update for all documents related to a financial statement. Collateral entry allows unlimited space for detailed and distinctive entries and can be included in the abstract. Corporation tables, common name tables and ‘return to’ tables simplify data entry.
Public Inquiry Module
The Public Inquiry Module is designed for fast, easy retrieval of indexing and image information. Intuitive, user-friendly entry screens simplify searching by individual or corporation name, document type, date range, liber/book & page, indictment number, index number, PIN, subdivision, condominium, section/land, address, consideration amount, city/village, block/lot or free form. Advanced search options enhance and expedite research. Index information and document images are easily printed by public customers.
Image Conversion Services
ACS provides a full-service, Kodak-designated digital image-to-microfilm processing lab. All film is processed to archival standards. Additionally, ACS high-speed, computerized film-to-image processing can convert your historical microfilm into on-line digital images, matched to your index data.
