The ACS LandMarc™ Land Records Management System is ideal for small to mid-size counties. This system supports the rapid recording, cashiering, indexing, imaging, storage, and retrieval/ display of land records and other documents officially recorded by state, county and city governments.
LandMarc™ is a modularized, integrated software/ hardware system for Clerks/ Recorders/ Registers of Deeds, provided to customers on a full-service agreement basis by the ACS Government Records Management Division. These systems are in use by over 100 counties in a dozen states. Each LandMarc™ system consists of a set of interlinked records management software modules, configured to fit the unique land record transaction processing needs of each customer.
