MinutesMaker® software takes your Agenda and incorporates minutes annotations, vote counts and all your related documents, creating Minutes that are virtually picture-perfect and ready for publication. The final document is published to your MeetingVision web site with full-text searching.
Coupled with MediaManager™, your minutes are shown side-by-side with the video from your Commissioners Court meeting (an audio only solution is also available). Perform a search of any subject and get not only the text from the minutes, you'll also see video of the discussion exactly as it occurred during the meeting!
For an even more advanced solution, our VotingSystem™ records commission votes automatically, updating the minutes and displays those votes on an overhead screen in the commission chambers.
